Starter kits and other plugins

I think u should get a starter kit plugins so when someone NEW joins
they get like all tools of stone and 5 steak and a stack of woodenplanks.

Also u should get the plugin auto message. Its when on the server
it automatically says the message without anyone typing it.
Ex. Vote for deathcraft on (website)
Or Register to become a member!
or etc.

Kits are part of essentials, and they can be edited in essentials' config, further more, we can give certain kits to certain ranks, using permission nodes. We can also put a cooldown rate, and place a charge for the kit.

I will get started on kits now.
